Policies
Reservations:
You must be 21 years old to rent a cabin. Payment is required at the time of reservation. Scotts Creek cabins may use any funds received from guests immediately upon receipt of such funds.
Weekends require 2 night stay
Holidays require 3 night stay
Additional person(s) add $20.00 per night

Pet Policy
Well mannered, housebroken dogs are welcomed with a pet fee per dog per stay.
Cancellation Policy
- There is a $50 cancellation fee on all reservations.
- After 14 days prior we hold 50% of the Reservation amount.
- No rescheduling within 14 days prior to your arrival.
Refunds:
No Refunds due to inclement weather, early departure, or acts of God. No refunds will be given due to weather or for early departure, during winter months we do get some snow and ice storms. No refunds in the event of mechanical failure, absence of any item, or any public utility problems including power outages, phone outages, etc. No refunds after occupancy.
Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited in all of our cabins or in the woods. Discover smoking inside a cabin will result in a $250 fee which will be charged to the credit card on file. Smoking is permitted on front porch and yard area.
Damage by guests:In the event of damage or extra cleaning requirments created by guests additonal charges may be charged to the credit card on file.
Wildlife, pests and critters:
While we routinely treat our cabins, we are in the woods and it is likely you may encounter insects, spiders or critters during your stay. We cannot refund your reservation due to insects, spiders, mice etc. you may encounter during your stay. Many critters live in the woods. Do not approch or feed wildlife. Do not leave food outside as it may invite unwanted guests.
Legal:
Guests agree to hold Scotts Creek Cabins and all involved with them, harmless, for any personal injury, as well as loss or damage to the personal property of guests during the guests stay.
Other:
During winter months 4-Wheel drive vehicles are recommended. Absolutely no use of fire arms, fireworks or drugs shall be used on the property. Policies and rates are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any damages or excessive cleaning required after your stay.
